For Thailand orders:

  • Purchased item can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from date of received product from CPS CHAPS Online Store.
  • Purchased item to be exhanged or refunded must be in original condition with price and product tag attached. And without being worn, washed or altered.
  • Customers must receive the products before requesting exchange or return.

  • Please kindly return our products via post or other delivery services to address below

  • For purchases done via credit cards, the money will be wired back into your account which may take up to 30 business days depending on your bank.
  • For purchases done via COD, you will receive store credits instead of cash for your next purchases.

  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For further advice on how to care for your garments. Please see care instructions.

Remark:

  • Refund will be process 30 days from receipt of your return package to the inform address.
  • Package fee or other fee apart from return items are NON-refundable.
  • Return items which used discount coupon or received novelty are NON-refundable.
  • Cash on Delivery Fee is only apply to customer who choose Cash on Delivery payment service only. It is not Shipping Fee and NON-refundable.
  • Return items which used discount coupon or received novelty are NON-refundable.
  • CPS CHAPS has the right to make a final decision and exchange the policy without prior notice.
