For Thailand orders:

  • Purchased item can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from date of received product from CPS CHAPS Online Store.
  • Customers must receive the products before requesting exchange or return.
  • Customers must contact our customer service via: Tel: (+66) 2-106-8236 from 10.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday or Email Us
  • Purchased item to be exhanged or refunded must be in original condition with price and product tag attached. And without being worn nor washed.
  • Refund willl be made to your original mode of payment.

Faulty Items:

  • If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact our customer service via Tel: (+66) 2-106-8236 from 10.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday or Email us
  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For further advice on how to care for your garments. Please see care instructions.

Remark:

  • Refund will be process 30 days from receipt of your return package to the inform address.
  • Package fee or other fee apart from return items are NON-refundable.
  • Return items which used discount coupon or received novelty are NON-refundable.
  • CPS CHAPS has the right to make a final decision and exchange the policy without prior notice.
